When Angels Cry

When angels cry
The willows weep,
Into the earth
Their sorrows seep,
With every tear
The rivers grow
From little streams
That downward flow.
From lofty peaks
To valley floors,
From desert winds
To sandy shores,
In silent grief
They slowly rise
To soak the pain
From angel eyes.
